Our Company Policies
For “Lesson At Home”
Serving our students with efficiency and professionalism is our primary concern. Only your complete understanding of our Company Policies will help us to serve you in this manner. Please take the time you read them over. Thank you.

1) It is your responsibility to make sure that there is a parent or an adult present in the household when our teacher arrives at the scheduled time. If there is no parent or an adult present our teacher will not be able to enter the household and you will be charged the full amount of the lesson.

2) If you would like to cancel your lesson, you must cancel your lesson through the office no later than 8:00 P.M. the night before. If your lesson falls on Saturday you must cancel your lesson through the office no later than 5:00 P.M. the night before. If you cancel your lesson after the deadline your deposit will be used to pay your teacher for his or her time. A new deposit would be required the following lesson in order to hold your time slot. If you cancel your lesson before the deadline there is no charge and your lessons would resume the following week at your regular day and time. If you stop your lessons with our service, your deposit would be returned in full providing that there is no balance due. You may also use your deposit to pay for your last lesson.

3) When your teacher arrives for your scheduled lesson to find you not present, after waiting a reasonable amount of time, the teacher will leave, and your deposit would be used to pay the teacher for his or her time. A new deposit would be required the following lesson in order to hold your time slot.

4) If you should need to change your lesson time, day or both you must call the office by the deadline the night before otherwise, it could result in a late cancellation.

5) All cancellations must be made directly through the office. If there is no one there at the time of your call, then leave a message on our service. Telling your teacher only is not sufficient. All time/day changes and all cancellations must be confirmed through the office otherwise, you will be scheduled in at your regular time and liable for that lesson.

6) A situation may occur when circumstances beyond our control will cause our teacher to run late for your lesson. If our teacher is more than 10 minutes late for your lesson, please contact office so we can find out what is causing the delay. Your time is just as valuable as ours! If our office cancels your lesson on the day of your lesson, to compensate you for any inconvenience your next lesson with our company will be free of charge. This does not apply to hazardous road conditions, auto accidents, road closures or acts of God.

For Studio Lessons
